These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the BolEnglish website and learning platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
You may use BolEnglish for your own personal learning, or as part of a school or institute that has provided you with access. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to disrupt, misuse or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
The lessons, text, graphics, software and other materials on BolEnglish are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use them for learning but may not copy, resell or redistribute them without permission.
You retain ownership of the answers, recordings and other content you submit. By submitting it, you grant us permission to process it to provide and improve the service (for example, to give you feedback and track progress).
Some features may be offered as paid plans. Where they are, the price and billing terms will be shown before you purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.
We work hard to keep BolEnglish available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, BolEnglish is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
